#44 ScaneRSS: ability to filter on seeds and/or leechers

It'd be nice to be able to filter, in addition to regex, on the # of seeds and leechers for a torrent. There have been quite a few times where I'm getting torrents w/ zero seeders, or something very low, and would like to skip over those torrents until one matches that have > then say, 5, seeds -- that way I know it's legit.

Hm this will be a bit difficult since you will have to download the torrent for this to be possible,
and AFAIK you will have to add it to az for a scrape to happen.
So you would have to remove the torrent afterwards.

I will look into it.
