#466 view cameras are changed if another view changes type

Under the following circumstances view a camera settings are
changed inadvertently:
o AutoFocus is disabled
o View a has the focus
o View b has single point edit or tag points action active
o View b type is changed via the menu
.

Work arounds:
o enable AutoFocus
o always click into a view before changing its type.
