#137 segfault when cutting selected hydrogens

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Draw a molecule with hydrogens in it (e.g. just click on the main window on startup if "adjust hydrogens" is set)

  2. switch to Select Tool

  3. select one of the hydrogens

  4. hit ctrl-x -> segfault

Other atom types do not seem to be affected (or much less frequently)

This bug got reported in Debian as #471058 (http://bugs.debian.org/471058), the bug reporter has provided a core dump:

    I cannot reproduce this bug in the current SVN trunk. I believe it is fixed. I am marking this bug as "pending" -- if Michael does not respond, it will closed as being fixed for 0.8.
