Need a File:Refresh command in midi player so that if you edit a midi file, you can reload it in the player.

Refresh
[Description] Add refresh button in midi_player to refresh current project
[Behavior]
revert project to initial opening settings,
ask to save the project if preferences have been changed (if then save the preference, then loading the saving one)
PS: solve the bug of selecting current project again causing preferences clear
[Modification]
Add refresh_project() in mp_ui.srp
