#1 segmentation fault on lsmod with aufs

i'm trying to make a live cd using aufs.
my initramfs creates two folder: ro (in which i mount the cdrom) and rw ( type tmpfs).
i put them together using aufs and switch_root to this new folder (ro and rw are copied in the new root folder using mount -omove).
everithing is ok but when i try lsmod or cat /proc/modules i have a segmentation fault(and while the /proc folder is full of files the /.tmpfs/rw/proc folder is empty).
