Hello Ronny, Ronny Standtke: > A bug in aufs breaks Debian Live systems, please see the following link for > details: > http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=607879 ::: > Can you please give a helping hand? Then let's focus finding the suspicious module first. It may be aufs, but I am not sure because - it happened in find_mergeable_anon_vma() which is out of aufs. - the stack trace shows that aufs_fault() calls find_mergeable_anon_vma(), but there is no such code in aufs_fault() actually. - the crash message shows the kernel is already tainted. - the debian kernel may be heavily patched and different from vanilla kernel. I'd suggest you to try reproducing with vanilla 2.6.32. If it happens again then show me the log. I guess it will be different from the original bug report a little bit. And where can I get the debian patches? The base version is 2.6.32.0? J. R. Okajima |
