Just add the file "effects/NoiseRemoval.cpp" to the project.  Then it
should compile.

Sorry, I must have forgot to check in the project file after I added
that source file.

Are you interested in doing development?  (I can't imagine why else you 
would have gone through the trouble to compile it on Windows...)
