[Audacity-quality] Restore the Bas and Treble option as in the former version of Audacity

Hi,

I have a request:

Is it possible to give the Bas and Treble option the possibility to listen to a track and at the same time change (fine tune!) the Bas or Treble level.
In the latest Audacity version it is not anymore possible to fine tune this Bas and Treble level during playing (a track).
