Thank you John and Martin for getting back to me so quickly and asking for
more details (and also kindly telling me that you can't be bought!).

The problem seems so overwhelming to a newbie like me, that to explain it
feels beyond me. So I made a screencast video showing the problem. Since it
shows my wife's files, I didn't post it on the forum (but if you want me
to, I will).
