[Audacity-manual] Javascripty "What's That" page

I'm working on an augmented version of Bill's Awesome Image Map:

I intend to build on that idea, and produce a dynamic javascript image 
map, that acts as a kind of super index to the manual.  In particular it 
will include the menu items, and will include the alternative Transport 
Buttons that you get when you press shift.

Comments on the ideas are very welcome, both on the main part of the 
page and the discussion page.

This is a way for people to find their way into the manual.  It also 
should help us with producing annotated images for the manual which take 
a long time to do by hand.  This connects in with the part of the 
project to generate images for the manual, which has produced imagemaps 
for the menus and preferences.
