[Audacity-devel] Windows "Side by side" error.

We are still getting reports about this with Audacity 2.2.0.
I don't understand what it means.

I believe that it is repeatable on Windows 10, so perhaps a developer
that understands what this means can log it on bugzilla.

I think that the problem first appeared in Audacity 2.1.3.
