[Audacity-quality] Alternative shortcut for stop and set cursor for 2.1.3

A while back we were discussing possible alternative shortcuts for the
"Stop and Set Cursor" command which is currently the awkward two-button
Shift+A.

Gale asked me what I would suugest as an alternative.

I came up with X  -  as in "X marks the spot"

Plus the fact that it is close to the spacebar (which does a stop and leave
cursor
where it was).  And note that the "X" is currently unused as a shortcut.
This change should make the shortcut and thus the command much more usable.

Is there any traction for this simple change for 2.1.3 ?
