[Audacity-devel] libsamplerate and audacity-1.2 branch

Just grabbed the audacity-1.2 branch source tree.  No matter
how I run configure, libsamplerate refuses to get configured in.
If I specify without libresample, it says configured without any
resampling support. Using --with-libsamplerate of any form ends up
configureing libresample instead.  Any thoughts. libsamplerate is
in lib-src.
