While I'm sure you could handle it, I don't think you'd be a good choice, because even though you've never looked at the VST SDK, it would be hard to prove that, since you're so familiar with the rest of the Audacity codebase. Either way, I agree that this wouldn't win over the favor of the Steinberg legal department. - Dominic |
