[Audacity-devel] 1.3.5 rc1 : spin boxes don't work with screen-readers

Hi,

In the copy of rc1 form Gale (wxWidgets 2.6.4 (unicode)) the
spin-boxes no longer work properly with screen readers. Using Jaws:
1. Jaws doesn't say anything after you press left/right arrow.
2. Jaws doesn't say anything after you press up/down arrow.
3. Jaws doesn't read out the value when you move to the control.
4. When you read the current object (INSERT + UP ARROW), for the spin
boxes on the selection bar, Jaws reads the digits, but not the
letters. For the spin boxes in the generate dialogs, Jaws reads the
value correctly (digits and letters).

Window Eyes and NVDA have similar problems. NVDA doesn't read a spin
box whatever you do.

Verified.  And this is with wxUSE_ACCESSIBILITY enabled.

The spin boxes appear to work on Vaughan's build using wxwidgets
2.6.3, as does the table in the metadata editor
