#147 [PATCH] Tulip Color Plugin: add optional min and max override

Tulip Developers,

We have created a patch for the tulip color plugin to add optional minimum and maximum
overrides to provided values. This is for the sole purpose of maintaining a consistent color scheme across different input datasets to allow easy visual comparisons.

The patch is created against revision 10840 of the svn repository: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/auber/code/tulip
