The Neighborhood highlighter interactor hangs when used on the uploaded graph,
with Tulip 4.10 built using Qt 5.6.
It works fine if Tulip 4.10 is build with Qt 4.8.
The same problem exists also with Tulip 5.
I can not manage to reproduce the bug from my side, the interactor works correctly when using Tulip 4.10 built with Qt5. The rendering is not really smooth due to the high amount of edges in the attached graph but the interactor remains usable.
Nevertheless, there is effectively a hang issue with Tulip 5.

I aggree that the Neighborhood highlighter interactor now works correctly
when using Tulip 4.10 built with Qt5. But I noticed a big difference of smoothness
since your commit #11854.
I close the bug because it is only relevant for Tulip 5 which is out of the scope
of the sf repository.
