#6 sdk_enum_to_defines.pl with sdk5

I have updated the sdk_enum_to_defines.pl script to
work with the Clie SDK50e. It might be useful if you
upgrade to that SDK. Unfortunatly I don't think this
version works with SDK3 due to a change in the jpeg
header file.
