would be nice to automatically grab the actual location
via seriell/bluetooth gps.

    Yes, those of us with Garmin iQue's or Garmin or Tom-Tom add-ons would find it much more convenient for the app to retrieve our location data from our GPS's than to input it manually, since the data is already on our PDA's. Could someone work on this? I wouldn't think this would be difficult, but since I know nothing about programming, I don't want to even attempt it myself.

    The IQue series of Garmin PDAs (which has built-in GPS and runs PalmOS) does not support NMEA but has a public API which makes it a very simple operation to retrieve the current (or last) GPS position. At first sight, it would be a matter of getting the position from either of the two (NMEA or iQueLib). That would be a lovely feature...

    Failing that, I would really appreciate if AstroInfo supported decimal degrees.
