#8 RFE: Planets Page could mark risen planets

On the Planetary Information page,
If the time hasn't been adjusted with the <(NOW)> buttons,
For each planet listed,
If the planet is CURRENTLY risen (past rise, before set),
Draw an icon or letter in a margin to indicate it's risen.

Example:

5:00pm

(*) Mars: 4:56am 7:19pm
Jupiter: 12:23am 3:03pm

Bonus:

Draw different icons, one for "recently risen," one for "about to set," and one for the rest of the risen period.
