FYI, we do have some command line support: mostly you can setup, run, and close but it doesn't write output back to the console. You can specify to save the results to a file though.
In a command prompt, run astrogrep.exe from the install folder with the switch /? and it will popup a dialog with all the command line options available.
We will look into a command line only version, but then we are almost full circle with this project as it was originally created to be a GUI replacement for the command line grep functions out there already :)

We can probably just make a command line version as well. We can remove support of the existing command line options and move it to this version.
