I have just installed the software, it is a rather easy procedure.
I have the sign on screen but do not know how to sign on and start using 
the program.
Does any body know the default user ID and password? or how I can create 
a user in order to use the program?

This is a great piece of software, but I am having a few problems and wonder 
if there is any support.

My EPS, Market Cap, ROE and many other fields all show 0.0.  I believe this is 
because AST is not able to obtain the number of shares outstanding.  What is 
the reason for this and is there a fix?  Thanks.

deletes the entire database and add the Spanish market tonight, after I look
at the rest of the market is missing.

We have been investigating on the AST, we erased it, and we returned to
install it, the sorprais was to see that they to before leave the erroneous
values type ECR. We investigate on the code and we saw that the AST leans in
a provision by means of a protocol that is called SOAP.







this data base openfdb this providing values that we have added erroneously.
