[Archimedes-releases] Unstable Release 0.13.1

Hello, everybody.

A new unstable for Archimedes has just been released, version 0.13.1.

It comes with a couple new funcionalities: rotate and scale. They have
not yet been fully tested, but should work satisfyingly. Test away,
and do send us feedback about them.

Related to that, I should say that although the text may be scaled, it
isn't yet created with a given size. Look for that in the next
unstable release, at the end of the week.

Other than that, the offset of polylines has recieved some aditional
work, though it still needs improvement. Particularly annoying is the
fact that the reference point is considered only relative to the first
segment, and not to "inside" and "outside" the polyline. But don't
worry, we're working on it.

Finally, on the programmer's point of view, we improved some tests and
started refactoring the element interface, to make it more flexible
and reusable.

For now, that's it. Enjoy the new release!
