There are several ways we can handle this. The scale as I conceived it was enemy-dislike-neutral-like-friend so there are shades for all interactions and the nominal values can be varied to some degree, but if your dislike becomes a like their enemies would become your dislikes automatically. And for spies against their own your enemies could become your friends but then your own kind would be your enemy.
