I have added it to the tracker now with an attached file detailing the changes to j2DClient.java and InGameGUI.java with the source for FXLayer.=0D Cheers =0D Jim=0D *** WARNING *** This mail has originated outside your organization, either from an external partner or the Global Internet.=0D Keep this in mind if you answer this message.=0D =0D The messaging system is not meant to supply datafiles. The "Patches" tracker would be the right place for that. - Janet=0D =0D James Young wrote:=0D Apologies for yesterdays mess up, I didn't realise SourceForge had=0D a message size limit of 90kb. Anyway, here is a copy of the mail I=0D sent yesterday but it only has the source files attached. =0D =0D Yesterdays message. =0D Hi, =0D Please find attached the Stendhal client jar file and the three effected source code files for testing the weather layer, FXLayer lives in the client directory. It effects a third class now because I added the ability to change modes. In game press 'n' for night, 'o' for overcast, and 'd' for disable. =0D Additions to the code have been clearly marked with a "//### SOME COMMENT" before the code change, althought the FXLayer class is rather sparse on comments at the moment (it really is simple). =0D On a down note, this evening my laptop is running Stendhal at 25 FPS but turning on the FXLayer still drops it to about 19 FPS, let me know how it runs for you. =0D Feel free to try different colours for effects, in a later version I'll add rain when its overcast. =0D I will add this to the SourceForge Tracker asap. =0D Any problems please let me know. =0D Cheers =0D Jim =0D =0D =0D ******************************************************************** This email and any attachments are confidential to the intended recipient and may also be privileged.
