Summary: marauroa: make tests use a local h2db

tests depended on Msqlserver database now they use h2db
the double add char and player will fail as the marauroa_init.sql add unique index are commented. 
This patch adds 2 files and changes 4 files

H2 supports "create index IF NOT EXISTS ", but MySQL does not.

MySQL does support the definition of indices in a "create table IF NOT
EXISTS" statement, but H2 does not.

So wie need java code to deal with thel creation of indices.
