One thing i suggest that should be done is formally give people positions, get a design document which delegates specific tasks to certain people. I suggest that we have a head recruiter( I would be glad to help) who goes out and recruits programmers and artists while gladiator is being worked. I suggest with gladiator, that it be simple but effective to draw attention. I was wondering if there was a current design doc i could see( I have already looked at the old meta documentation on the website.
