I think the best is to get the code to work before create the world, and 
build tools to create such world. Also about the RP, well, it is a good 
idea, but again, making it really, really simple. By now we can't make 
anything complex or we will fail ( again :-P )

Project is alive in the meaning it can't be dead. Actually looks like there 
are no developers, but that is not a real problem by now.
Our website MUST be stored at sourceforge as that way any of the admins can 
change the website or restore content as needed, while if it is in another 
server we can't.

About forums vs mailing list we discussed it sometime ago and we decided 
that Mailing lists was choosen instead of Forums.

Hehe, nice to see you think like me.
What is the problem? Teams don't work with unprofesional people, teams is a 
great idea to split complexity, but teams need a team leader that know what 
he is doing and what is the status of the stuff and we haven't had such 
thing ever. :-(
IMO the best thing for Arianne is to return to the origins... to the 
original goal, a light-small-fast team of people creating a simple playable 
MMORPG. It is easy to lost the tracks on Open source.

BTW on Sourceforge there are Forums, they can also be used instead of 
mailing lists...
