[Arianne-general] [CODE] AI

I know this is a little early still, but it seems to be a large undertaking, 
that should be started a soon as possible.
I was just wondering if anyone had started on an AI. I'm talking about the 
huge every character has its own life AI. 
If not, I would like to start, or at least try. If so, who and what has been 
done, I want to help.
