#1425 Easier daily monster quest

I think that the Daily monster quest is not ballanced enough when I go to the mayor the majority of times he sends me to kill a monster that hes level is way too high for my level its impossible to kill it.

Heres my idea:
Lets asume that a player level 10 asks mayor sakis at Semos for a task then he tells the player to kill a monster thats the same level as the player or 4 or 5 levels higher (no more than that because it makes the whole process impossible especially when you try to kill it solo.

According to the code, the creature's max level is already players_level + 5.

(Normally - more creatures are added to the possibilities if there are not enough (>= 5) them at range [level - 5, level + 5], but that should not be an issue at low levels where there are plenty of creatures (over 40 possibilities for a level 10 player)).

It's possible that there are some level ranges where that can happen, and it could be useful to add more creatures to those.

100% agreed 2. unless you go stocked up with power arrows and manage to run around while hiting the target from a distance, most of these quests are just unfair. some not even in places I can reach on my own due to level let alone kill alone.
