#5817 Merge installation instructions for Eclipse

There are two wiki articles which describe on how to setup a development environment with Eclipse.

One article is up-to-date with instructions on how to checkout from git. The other one has nice screenshots.

I think we should have one article, which focuses on a text description. But has a <galery> with screenshots at the end of each section.
