Algorithm negotiation fail

Hello,
I was using version 7.5 for somewhat regular backups for my home and work pc towards the storage machine hosted by Fedora 21. Recently I updated to Fedora 23 as 21 was out of the support life and my areca backups stoped working. The message is:
"SFTPConnectionException: Unable to connect to server : 192.168.1.3 (Algorithm negotiation fail)"
Seems like it might be related to the fact that OpenSSH was updated in Fedora 23 to version 7.1 which disables some of the algorithms by default.
Would it be possible to fix this issue?
Thank you.
Regards
Peter
This is a duplicate of #579 which also contains a workaround (manually updating jsch.jar).
