APPRIS release 3.4.1 is out for Gencode20 and GencodeM3

Highlights of this release include:

* APPRIS-DATA
	- Human
		> Gencode 20 (GRCh38)
	- Mouse
		> Gencode M3 (GRCm38)
		
* APPRIS-WEBSITE
	- CExonic is DEPRECATED
	- Add PROTEO annotations
	- Improve Web Site features.
	- Include PROTEO RESTful service into web site.
