#100 Show locking user

If a user locks a task, and then another user looks at
the same page in the content-center, it is indicated as
"Locked". However, it doesn't show whom the item is
locked by. In addition, if the non-locking user tries
to edit the item, aplaws produces an error because the
another user has the lock.

This patch shows on the content item editing page whom
the item is currently locked by. Also, if the user does
try to edit the page, the error message it reports now
also shows the identity of the users unvolved.
