Can no longer assign categories below root level when
creating new articles once upgraded from 1.0.1 to
version 1.0.2.

The category can be created and will appear in the Nav
side menu - it can also be clicked on and will go to
the right section.

but Documents cannot be assigned into the new category
- it doesnt appear in the list with the dropdown (+)

    update:
Should of wrote this sooner sorry, *Must* use Terms to
create the nav items, if you use categories within the
content centre, they dont work, you can however still use
the ordering within content-centre to change positioning of
    categories.

    Alan,
this relates to creating a navigation section in the
categories section of the content centre and not using the
    terms app.
The categories section in content centre works for moving
categories up/down the list and also renaming but when you
create a nav bit in here it doesnt appear in terms or on the
site. at least it doesnt on my box :)

    cheers
    Oli
