#57 HTML Generation Bypasses index.tem

Unless my installation is incorrect, I see no evidence
that the index.tem file is referenced during html
generation.

Although changes to entryindex.tem are reflected on the
entry index page, any changes to index.tem appear to
have no effect on the album index page.

Despite this flaw, apg is a fine product. The use of
templates and css provides a nice way to synchronize
look and feel with the rest of a website.

PS Minor point: files with multiple dots cause hiccups
(eg pic.2004.12.01.jpg)

Looks like a file-regression problem with
HTMLGenerateMainIndex.java, the previous version has all the
FreeMarker code. I'll try to get to this before year-end 2004.
