(Basically, two inflection paradigms have the same name; if things worked as they should when the developer tested it, it's likely to be harmless, but there's no guarantee that the compiler always chooses the same paradigm as before (so worst-case, things get the wrong inflection / some forms get unknown). The warning message itself is fairly new, so a lot of old language pairs suddenly got it.)
