[Apcupsd-users] Repo to install apcupsd through dnf on CentOS or Rocky Linux?

I have apcupsd running on a server with Rocky Linux 8.7. I am setting up a
new server with Rocky Linux 8.7 too, but I'm having trouble finding the
resource of how to set up the installation repo for Rocky Linux (or
CentOS). Am I mistaken? Did I originally install this as an RPM and there
is no repo to use for apcupsd?
