[Apcupsd-users] APCUPSD warning - communcation lost with ups

Hello,

UPCUPSD user for many years, I have a problem since few month. The ups is not recognized by the deamon, but for the system (Debian Linux version 4.19.0-12-amd64 (deb...@li... <mailto:deb...@li...>) (gcc version 8.3.0 (Debian 8.3.0-6)) #1 SMP Debian 4.19.152-1 (2020-10-18)), all is OK !



My UPS is an APC BackUPS 550 and I’m using a USB cable for connexion.

Could you please help me ?
