1. apcupsd works very slow:
a) file apcupsd.status is written every few minutes instead of 30 sec (config's value)
b) restart processed a long time:
2014-07-01 10:12:15 +0400  apcupsd 3.14.12 (29 March 2014) altlinux startup succeeded
2014-07-01 10:20:06 +0400  Battery disconnected.

2. apcaccess can't read values.

Not in this time. This maintenance-free place and there were
no people. I lost status information because I check it by
apcaccess. I can make workaround via apcupsd.status now but
I think what  problem of apcaccess should be investigated.
I will try to repeat the situation as I can go to this place.

Yes. Main power was lost for a long time a few days later.
UPS back to normal after power cycle.
