In 2007, Schneider Electric acquired APC and combined it with MGE UPS 
Systems to form Schneider Electric's Critical Power & Cooling Services 
Business Unit.


apcupsd-3.14.9 release 3.14.9 brings a number of new features including…

     SNMP enhancements inclduing support for MGE and RFC1628 MIBs
     Support for USB on 64-bit Windows platforms
