[Apcupsd-users] multimon page UPS Model Not found

I installed apcupsd 3.14.10 on three new servers, two redhat, one windows,
after installation, everything looks good except on the multimon.cgi page,
these three servers UPS Model column displayed as Not found.

 

The server running multimon is on version 3.14.7

 

So later I reverse the windows box back to apcupsd 3.14.8, and now this
one's UPS Model column on multimon page can be displayed.

 

However, when I tried to reverse the two redhat servers back to apcupsd
3.14.8, I got the following error:

 

# rpm -Uvh apcupsd-3.14.8-1.el5.x86_64.rpm

Does anyone know why this is happening? How I can resolve the problem?
