[Apcupsd-users] USB driver problem v. 3.14 win2k server

Hi all,

I'm new here, and I tried the new winapcupsd version 3.14 in my Windows
2000 server sp4, this windows language is Brazilian Portuguese.

My UPS is smart-UPS 2.2KVA RM 2U 120V link:

I'm trying use USB cable, but the USB driver don't install.

After more than 3 hours fight with Windows to install the driver, I
finally install, but didn't work, windows display it with yellow
exclamation saying:
pt-br:
"Este dispositivo não está mais funcionando corretamente e pode ser
necessário substituí-lo. Entre em contato com o fabricante do
dispositivo para obter auxílio."

en-us:
"This device doesn't work properly and maybe must be re-install. Contact
 the device provider, to get help." -- this translation is in my words,
not windows exactally. sorry.

In the Windows Event Log these message when try to start the service:
"apcupsd FATAL ERROR in ../drivers/usb/generic/generic-usb.c at line 613
Cannot find UPS device --
For a link to detailed USB trouble shooting information,
please see <http://www.apcupsd.com/support.html>."

I was tried install libusb-win32 separated from apcupsd downloading from
these link:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=78138
And I get the same problem.

Finally the questions:
 - How to install these USB driver ?
   OR
 - How to get more debug info about USB driver installation ?
   OR
 - How to get apcupsd working in this scene!?
