Hello Adam, yes, I did all that. Well, I checked httpd.conf to make sure 
that was correct.  I originally installed httpd so I could use 
SQL-Ledger and the default httpd.conf file worked OK for that. The 
problem was in httpd.conf though. I had to add a line to listen on my 
machine's IP address as well. After doing that it worked just fine. That 
was last night and its still working this morning.
