I originally installed httpd so I could use SQL-Ledger and the default httpd.conf file worked OK for that. The problem was in httpd.conf though. I had to add a line to listen on my machine's IP address as well. After doing that it worked just fine. That was last night and its still working this morning. Thank you for your help.
