[Apan-users] Cannot find module (none): At line 0 in (none)

Hello,

Anyone get the following error in Nagios from a apan service...
"Cannot find module (none): At line 0 in (none)"

I have went through the entire install 3 times (even deleted the 
database) and just cant seem to locate my mistake. 

The graphs are not being generated at all and even though I set up the 
"xedtemplate_config_file=" definition in the cgi.cfg there are no links.

Configuration Details (will be happy to provide more if needed):
CentOS 4.3
nagios 2.4-1 and nagios-plugins 1.4.2-1.2 via Dag RPM
mysql-server 4.1.20-1 via Dag RPM

One other question... in the apanconf.def what is the NAGIOSDIR really 
looking for?  The directory where the nagios executable is?
