The endsWith and startsWith tags currently fail with:

>> Class ise.antelope.tasks.BooleanConditionBase
doesn't support the nested "startswith" element.

A fix: modify the BooleanConditionBase class to provide
the add methods supporting these two nested elements:

public void addStartsWith( StartsWith startsWith) {
super.addIsTrue(startsWith);
}

public void addEndsWith( EndsWith endsWith) {
super.addIsTrue(endsWith);
}
