Read and respond to this message at: https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=2616009 By: jthaden Applied Biosystems/MDS/Sciex Analyst (v. 1.3.1) software comes with a TRANSLAT.EXE utility that converts its internal (.wiff) data files to NetCDF, apparently of the AnDI for mass spec (ASTI E2077-00) flavor, but results from LC-MS/MS experiments are basically chromatographic data. If instead they were in NetCDF files of the AnDI for chromatographic data (ASTI E1947-98) protocol, then we could import them into other CDS software we own and work with them in various powerful ways. Any suggestions on how we might accomplish this? Has anyone written a 2077=>1947 translator? Is this a reasonable 5-week project for a summer intern computer major? ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
