iMet-Q (intelligent Metabolomic Quantitation) is an automated tool with friendly user interfaces for quantifying metabolites in full-scan liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) data. It has a complete quantitation procedure for noise removal, peak detection and peak alignment.
