After I translate the 1st segment and then click on the Translate icon, the translated segment gets closed and the following message appears:
"There is nothing more to translate. Thank you for using Anaphraseus!" (MSGTRBEG2 from English.lang)
I use LibreOffice v6.3.1.2 (x64) on Windows 10.0
I was able to recreate this error with LibreOffice v5.4.6.2 (x64) on Windows 7

This is problem with LibreOffice hidden characters described in FAQ.
