The footnote numbers are converted to numbers when translating, and the footnote is completely deleted, without any warning. There should be either a warning, or (ideally) support for translating footnotes.
To preserve formatting system clipboard can be used (Setup-Use Clipboard).

Also, Anaphraseus eats formatting, coloring, etc. There are also some problems with segmentation. Sometimes it eats whole words/sentences.
